Rubber bands - To hold your cards together

Semi-rigid protections - Toploader or card saver type
Padding paper - Simple torn and crumpled A4 sheet to secure your cards inside the envelope
Post-it - To stick on the sleeve to facilitate its removal from the toploader

Avoid using:
Adhesive tape / scotch - Risk of dirtying your cards and complicating the unpacking process in our workshop.

This document must be attached in 2 copies on the package, in an adhesive document pouch.
This document depends on your country of shipment.
From the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Overseas:
From the United States:
Type of item: Playing Cards - Material: Paper
Customs value: In case of loss or damage during transport, the declared customs value serves as the basis for determining the amount of reimbursement by the carrier. Unfortunately, a value above ~50€ leads to inappropriate import taxes for a grading service. Moreover, some simplified formalities such as the CN22 are only valid for customs values below 200€.
Therefore, we recommend declaring a customs value of 10€, usual for collectible cards.

Print and complete this customs invoice. It must be attached in 2 copies on the package, in an adhesive document pouch.
This customs invoice must not be confused with your shipping slip which was sent to you by email. Your shipping slip must not be inserted in your package
This invoice is essential for the customs clearance of your package. Without it, your package may be blocked and additional fees may be charged to you.

Protect your cards with a soft sleeve and then insert it into a semi-rigid protection such as a toploader or card saver. Please stick a post-it on the sleeve to facilitate its removal from the toploader.
Your sleeves, toploaders, and card savers will be returned to you.
Heavy fully rigid protections will not be returned because their weight increases shipping costs.
Do not use adhesive tape (scotch)

Arrange your cards in the order indicated on the summary and prevent any movement with rubber bands. You can also use two pieces of cardboard to brace your cards, always with rubber bands.
We recommend using a bubble mailer and securing your cards well so that they do not slip inside the envelope.

Insert your customs declaration and your customs invoice in 2 copies in an adhesive document pouch, stuck to the outside of your package.

Postage your package and send it to the following address:
PCC - Service Réception
BP 12805
30101 ALÈS CEDEX
FRANCE
You can do the postage online or at the post office.
We strongly recommend sending with signature / insurance (registered letter for example).
Be sure to keep the tracking number, you are responsible for the shipment.

Indicate “Playing Cards” with the exact number of cards included. A high declared value may result in additional fees at your expense. Therefore, we recommend a total declared value of 10€.
Below you will find examples of pre-filled customs documents for card certification:
For the “Last Name / First Name” fields, please enter “PCC - Receiving Service” in each field.
Once the package is delivered to our workshop by the carrier, your order is only marked as “Received” from the moment its contents are checked and identified as compliant by our team. This usually takes less than one business day.
For a shipment of less than 10 cards, a bubble envelope is suitable. For a shipment of more than 10 cards, prefer a shipping box
