We accept standard size cards 63x88mm (Pokémon, One Piece, Riftbound, Lorcana...) and 59x86mm (Yu-Gi-Oh!), regardless of their edition language. Whether French, English, Japanese, German, Spanish or other languages, they can be submitted to our grading service.

The processing time depends on the option chosen when ordering:

• Standard: processing within 30 business days
• Express: processing within 10 business days
• Super-Express: processing within 2 business days

These times correspond to the processing time of your cards in our facilities, from their receipt. The round-trip postal delivery time must be added to the chosen processing time.

Each order has detailed tracking step by step, allowing you to know precisely the processing status of your cards, from their receipt to their shipment. You can also view your order information, the number of cards involved, and access your invoice at any time.

Yes, you can protect your cards with our Security Pack. This option guarantees coverage of your cards throughout the process, from their arrival at our facilities to their return to you.

The Security Pack includes:

• Transport insurance covering loss, theft or damage during return shipping.
• Insurance in our workshops throughout the entire processing period.
• Secure storage in a safe, in a protected and monitored area 24/7.

The Security Pack costs 4% of the declared value of the insured cards. You choose the declared value yourself when ordering. This option is especially recommended for rare, high-value or sentimentally valuable cards.
